Position Summary: We are seeking skilled painters at all experience levels to join our maintenance team. As a painter at Pan American Properties, you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of painting tasks, from surface preparation to applying the final coat, ensuring our properties maintain their high standard of appearance. Whether you're just starting in the field or have years of experience, we welcome your skills and dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Painting:

    • Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and taping.
    • Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
    • Mix and match paint colors for consistency.
    • Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.
  • General Labor Support:

    • Assist with site preparation, including setting up scaffolding and clearing debris.
    • Provide support for other maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Safety & Compliance:

    • Adhere to all safety regulations, ensuring personal and team safety.
    • Utilize proper protective equipment and follow safe body mechanics.
  • Work Order Management:

    • Complete daily work orders efficiently and according to company standards.
    • Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
